This is an impressive report. I like the style of the report. It gives a good feel of good cop, bad cop. i.e. it gives some sober and realistic comments against standards and yet the highlighted area overlays wisdom against this. This approach caused me to embrace the highlighted areas where improvement was recommended.

During the start up phase of a business it is important to identify all of the activities requiring focus. This is also true of established businesses wanting to grow.
