I enjoyed this article by Ross Gittins in The Age on the 16th November for 2 reasons. It highlights that employee satisfaction in the workplace is a KPI (sorry Ross) for successful businesses, and that bosses ignore the well being of their staff at their peril; a particularly relevant topic given todays discussion of linking CEO's pay to employees wellbeing.
